Hello and happy Thursday!
Do you ever feel like reading the Bible is a chore? Maybe you feel guilty because you’re not reading it enough? Maybe you are letting busyness or other endeavors take priority?
In today’s post and Thursday video I’m talking about how to help create a Bible reading habit by reminding yourself of the positives about WHY you’re reading it in the first place!
Check out my video with BIBLE STUDY AFFIRMATIONS and scroll down for the free printable of these affirmations to keep on your refrigerator, or your mirror, or anywhere you’ll be sure to see it and be reminded that reading your Bible consistently is worth it and will transform your heart and mind in the best way possible by knowing God more!
I pray these affirmation support you in making good Bible reading habits!
– Tip 1: Write these 4 affirmations into your journal or Bible to have better retention of them!
– Tip 2: Hang these up somewhere near your Bible and read them (maybe even say them out loud!) every night before bed and in the morning when you wake up to remind yourself WHY you’re taking the time to spend in the Word that day!
Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is – His good, pleasing and perfect will.Romans 12:2
